Walk in Peace

Went to MacArthur Park today and walked with a couple thousand people. Walked with a couple thousand people and the venerable Thich Nhat Than.

I have arrived. I am Home.
In the here. In the now.
I am solid. I am free.
In the ultimate I dwell.

This is the mantra we spoke to ourselves as we treaded lightly round the park.

It worked for me.
